I understand this application does not create a coaching-services agreement or guarantee assignments. If FSS approves my application, the scope of coaching services, rates, vendor payment terms, conduct requirements, and portal access will be confirmed separately.

FSS may recommend a tier from the experience information above. A person reviews and approves every tier before any rate card or portal invitation is created.
